Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male university Kabaddi players aged between 18 and 25 years. Body mass index between 24 and 26 kilogram per meter square. Minimum of two years of Kabaddi playing experience. Currently participating in regular Kabaddi training at least three sessions per week. Players who are willing and interested to participate in the six week training protocol. Players who provide written informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with any current musculoskeletal injury, pain, or physical condition that restricts maximal physical effort Those currently participating in another structured strength, plyometric, or SAQ program beyond routine kabaddi practice Players with a history of major lower limb injury or surgery in the past year Individuals with neurological, cardiovascular, or metabolic disorders contraindicating intense training Players who are already participating in other intervention studies Any participant unwilling to provide written informed consent or withdraws before completion
