Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Scheduled elective thoracic surgery( example- decortication, VATS) 2.ASA physical status I-II 3.Patients and there guardian who can give informed consent for the procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients refusal 2. Pre-existing spinal abnormalities 3. Local site infection 4. Allergic to local anaesthetics 5. Hemodynamic instability 6. Coagulopathy 7. Multi organ injury
