Inclusion criteria: 1. More than equal to 40 year 2. Known Case Of COPD 3. Presenting with Acute Exacerbation of COPD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: branchial Asthma active PTB Primary Pneumonia Hemodynamic instability Known Hypersensitivity to LABA or SABA Pregnant or Lactating women Patient who Refuse Consent Ventilated Patient
