Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pain in mandibular molars with greater than 54mm on HP VAS scale with a diagnosis symptomatic irreversible pulpitis and normal periapical status. patients with no systemic disease. patients have not used antibiotic in last 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have used analgesic or anti-inflammatory drugs within 12 hour of treatment Pregnant or breastfeeding mother Patients taking opioids Patients with more than one painful tooth Presence of systemic disorders and sensitivity to epinephrine Individuals with a history of gastrointestinal disease
