Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Systemically healthy male and female patients requiring root canal treatment 2- Teeth diagnosed with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis 3- Maxillary and mandibular premolars and molars 4- Root canal treatment completed in a single visit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Allergy to local anaesthetic solutions 2- Immune deficiencies and systemic diseases 3- Pregnancy 4- Root canal treatment completed in more than a single visit

It is anticipated that the interventions will lead to a decrease in anxiety during root canal treatment, which will be measured by changes in vital parameters (SBP, DBP, HR, OS) and VAS scores compared to the control group.Timepoint: The Outcome will be assessed on the same day during the intervention at 5 Time Points. T1 - Before stating Procedure, T2 - After administration of Local Anasthesia. T3 - After Access opening on the tooth. T4 - After Pulp Extripation. T5 - After Obturation (after completion of root canal treatment)
