Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy participants aged between 25 to 65 years of either gender diagnosed with periodontal intrabony defects who are cooperative and willing to come for regular follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with any known systemic condition ,any acute infections and receiving medications that could influence bone healing. Pregnant or lactating women. Teeth with root fractures or non-restorable carious lesions. Individuals with poor oral hygiene.
