Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age more than or equal to 18 years at the time of ICU admission (adult population). Admitted to AB8 ICU at AIIMS, Delhi during the defined study period ICU length of stay more than or equal to 24 hours Patients with complete medical records available from ICU admission to discharge, transfer, or death. Patients who were readmitted to the ICU within the same hospital admission Patients transferred from or to an outside hospital ICU after partial treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients aged below 18 years Patients with incomplete or missing medical records regarding key study variables and outcomes Patients discharged or who died within 24 hours of ICU admission
