Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recreational swimmers between the age groups of 18to35 years. Both male and female participants. Presence of mild to moderate shoulder pain Able and willing to participate in the full duration of the intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient with a history of shoulder surgery or chronic shoulder instability. Neuromuscular or musculoskeletal disorders affecting the upper limb or trunk. Severe ongoing shoulder pain. Recent physiotherapy or structured shoulder strengthening program. Unwilling to participate
