Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients with hypersplenism will be considered for inclusion. 2. The study will enroll patients aged more than 10 years, undergoing elective splenectomy surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted for emergency Splenectomy and splenic trauma will be excluded 2. Patients on immunosuppressive therapy, chemotherapy, or with uncontrolled coagulopathies will also be excluded from the study. 3. Patients with hypocellular or infiltrative bone marrow disease, renal failure will be excluded from the study.
