Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Participants having classical symptoms of shushkarsha (pain, hard stool, constipation) will be taken as subjects to study b. Participants of 1st and 2nd degree piles c. Participants aged between 20-60 years were taken. d. Selection of participants will be irrespective of sex, socio-economic class, and religion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants suffering from Shushkarsha associated with the following disease will be excluded. Known case of: a. Bleeding disorder b. Ulcerative colitis c. Ca rectum 3rd and 4th degree haemorrhoid 2. Pregnancy

To study the effect of Patha churna with Dhamasa churna in the pain management of shushkarsha with compare to Tab Diclofenac Sodium (50 mg).Timepoint: 1st follow up on 3rd day then on 7th,14th and 21st day.
