Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age greater than or equal to 60 years Patients admitted to ICU Expected ICU stay more than 48 hours Frailty assessment possible at ICU admission

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 60 years Expected ICU stay less than or equal to 48 hours Patients with incomplete baseline data required for frailty assessment Patients in whom frailty assessment is not feasible at ICU admission Readmission to ICU during the same hospital stay Patients or legally acceptable representative refusing consent for participation or follow up
