Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients currently attending Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Institute Rotary Cancer Hospital (IRCH), AIIMS New Delhi. 2 Patients who meets the eligibility criteria for the AB-PMJAY scheme as defined by the Socio-Economic Caste Census (SECC) 2011 data or is an identified beneficiary under any state expansion linked to AB-PMJAY. 3 For patients who are illiterate or unable to read and understand Hindi or English, data will be collected through face-to-face interviews. 4 Patients who provide informed written or verbal consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients who have only come for initial screening or routine check-up and have not yet initiated any costly treatment phase where AB-PMJAY utilization would be relevant. 2 EHS beneficiaries.
