Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Primiparous or multiparous women undergoing vaginal delivery with a mediolateral or midline Episiotomy 2. Term pregnancy ( greater than 37 weeks and lesser than 42 weeks ) 3. Single live fetus ,Cephalic presentation. 4. Uncomplicated fresh episiotomy wound at baseline. 5. Willingness to participate, attend follow -up visits,and provide written informed consents.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Third or fourth degree perineal tears or complex perineal wounds 2. Clinical signs of established wound infection at baseline. 3. co -morbidities affecting wound healing ( e.g. uncontrolled diabetes, severe anemia, chronic streoid use CKD, 4. Severe peripartum complications requiring intensive care. 5. Known hypersenstivity to sesame or herbal components of study oils

| Improvement in the Episiotomy wound Timepoint: After analyzing all the parameters the result will be assessed on the basis of symptomtic relief & improvement. Partial improvement after 3 days -Patient get 30 percent relief from signs & symptoms. Improvement after 7 days- patient got 50-60 percent relief from signs & symptoms Cured after 14 days- patient got 81-100 percent relief from signs & symptoms. | — |
