Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with primary or secondary infertility with history of anovulation for atleast two cycles. Patients suffering with polycystic ovarian disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: women below 18 years, suffering from infertility with any cause other than anovulation. Premature ovarian failure. Poor ovarian reserve. Patients of untreated thyroid dysfunction. Patients on any medication affecting ovulation. Congenital malformations of genital organs. Ptients suffering with genetic disorders. History of any pelvic surgeries or truama affecting fertility, immune compromised patients or suffering with any systemic disorders.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Regularization of menstrual periods. Missing periods due to pregnancy.Timepoint: Baseline, Day 10, 12, 14, 18 and 4 weeks after completion of treatement.—

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in polycystic ovarian disease. Improvement in quantity of menstrual bleeding. Improvement in ovulationTimepoint: Baseline, Day 10, 12, 14, 18 th day & after 4 weeks of completeion of treatement.—
