Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age - 60-75 years (Elderly) 2) Gender - Males And Females 3) Having BBS Score 21-45 4) Willing To Participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Person with severe cognitive or neuromuscular diseases, advanced osteoporosis or dizziness, cardiopulmonary diseases, orthopedic condition 2) Hearing and vision Impairement or perceptual diseases 3) Recent fractures 4) Severe deformities in lower extremity 5) Experienced acute pain that prevented them from doing exercise
