Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with GBS 2. Age: 18-65 years 3. Patients in the acute phase of GBS (less than 2 week onset) 4. Intact cognition (MoCA more than equal to 26) 5. Functional communication (ability to speak or encircle or point out the number on the scale) to respond to fatigue assessment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing chronic fatigue syndrome or medical conditions causing fatigue (e.g., uncontrolled hypothyroidism, anemia, chronic kidney or liver disease) 2. Presence of other neurological disorders 3. History of psychiatric disorders or moderate to severe depression 4. Patients requiring prolonged mechanical ventilation (more than 2 weeks) preventing assessment of fatigue in the acute phase
