Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having Post -Traumatic Stiffness in Distal End Radius Fracture. Patient willing to participate in trail. Patient of age group 40-70 years of either gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing for trail. Patients having pre-existing wrist deformities. Patients having rheumatoid arthritis,gouty arthritis.

Improvement in wrist ROM ,Reduction in painTimepoint: Day 0,7th day ,15th day and follow-up on 22 day
