Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 to 80 years Individual Diagnosed with T2DM with peripheral neuropathy Minimum duration of T2DM one year Participant with functional vision and hearing Able to understand and respond to questionnaires Willing to participate and provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Open or active foot ulcer Partial or complete amputation of foot Neuropathy due any other cause Diagnosed cases of any other neurological disorders affecting mobility (stroke Parkinson s disease traumatic brain injury) Anyone diagnosed with psychiatric disorders Individuals with MOCA less than or equal to 26
