Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: cesarean section with Pfannenstiel incision 48 hours to 72 hours post delivery medically stable Women who can read and understand the Kannada or English language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women whose neonate is in NICU Postpartum women with intrauterine fetal death Diagnosed psychiatric disorder
