Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with multiple adjacent RT 1 gingival recession defects 2.Age between 18 and 60 years 3.Width of keratinized gingiva less than or equal to 1 mm Keratinized tissue thickness (KTT) greater than or equal to 0.8 mm Full-mouth plaque score less than 15% Full-mouth bleeding score less than15% No probing pocket depths greater than 3 mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with uncontrolled systemic conditions 2.Patients on analgesics/Anti inflammatory drugs 3.Presence of carious lesions and restorations in the cervical region 4.Presence of noncarious lesions 5.Previous history of periodontal plastic surgery at the affected site 6.Nondetectable cementoenamel junction (CEJ) at the affected sites 7.Ongoing orthodontic treatment 8.Malposed teeth 9.Pregnancy/lactation
