Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young adults aged 18 to 30 years with non specific low back pain of at least 4 weeks duration, both males and females, NPRS score more than 3, willing to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Specific low back pain due to fracture, tumor, infection or inflammatory disorder, history of spinal surgery, neurological deficits, radiating pain below knee, pregnancy, recent physiotherapy treatment, and any serious systemic illness.
