Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Minimum 1-2 years playing experience Physically and mentally fit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons below 15 years and above years Recent or ongoing injuries (mainly lower limb) Past injuries at least 6 months Health-related issues Involved in other training programs Person with medications or supplements
