Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 6 10 years. 2. Requiring intraoral local anesthesia for dental procedures in either arch. 3. ASA I or II (medically healthy or mild systemic disease). 4. Ability to understand and follow simple instructions. 5. Written informed consent from parents/guardians and assent from the child. 6.Child with Frankl behaviour I or II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with intellectual disability, developmental delay, or significant behavioral disorders that prevent cooperation. 2. History of neurological or psychiatric illness. 3. Previous traumatic dental experiences specifically related to injection (if being controlled for). 4. Use of anxiolytic or analgesic medication within 24 hours prior to the appointment. 5. Visual or motor impairments that prevent participation in the assigned distraction activity.
