Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants who are consistently having Swapna Viparyaya (improper sleep) practices for a minimum period of one year. 2. Participants from non-medical courses at Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University, Pune 3. Participants aged 20 to 30 years. 4. Either gender. 5. Willingness to provide informed consent and participate in the survey
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known cases of psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment. 2. Participants currently taking drugs or medications that are known to affect sleep. 3. Participants with habitual high caffeine intake, consuming alcohol heavily or regularly, history of or current substance abuse.
