Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For patient: i. Diagnosed with COPD For caregiver: ii. Able to read and understand in Kannada and English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For patient: i. Patient with mobility impairment ii. Patient with acute exacerbation of COPD For Crageiver: i. Care giver from a healthcare profession or healthcare background

MeasureTime frame
To assess the level of agreement between physiotherapist and caregiver assessment of dyspnea using the modified Borg and Visual Analog scale in hospitalized patients with COPDTimepoint: Dyspnea will be assessed at a single time point, immediately after the participant completes the Six-Minute Walk Test (6MWT). Assessment will be performed independently by both Physiotherapist and caregiver. No follow-up assessments are planned.—
