Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Patient with Confirmed diagnosis of a urinary tract infection, based on clinical symptoms (e.g., dysuria, frequency, urgency) and laboratory findings (e.g., urine analysis) 2)Females with age group 18 to 40 years 3)Symptomatic urinary tract infection(UTI): Women presenting with symptoms of acute urinary tract infection (UTI), including urgency, frequency, lower abdominal pain, or discomfort. 4)Prediagnosed cases with chronic urinary tract infection complaints 5)Patient satisfying perceived stress scale test 6)Willingly giving consent to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Pregnant females 2)Patient with advanced pathology like acute kidney injury or chronic kidney injury 3)Patient with history of urinary tract surgery or structural abnormalities (bladder stones ,) 4)Other serious comorbid conditions such as uncontrolled diabetes or immunosuppressive disorders(like hiv ,thyroid disorders,chronic kidney failure ) 5) Current use of urinary catheterization or indwelling devices (intra uterine contraceptives devices) 6)Use of specific medications or treatments for current urinary tract infection 7)Bedridden patients 8) Disorders which affects levels of cortisol (like hypertension, cushing syndrome,addisons disease,congenital adrenal hyperplasia,)
