Intervention1: Split-Dose, Extended-Dose Polyethylene Glycol Regimen: Split-dose- 137.15 grams polyethylene glycol sachet dissolved in 2L water of which 1L to be taken by oral route in evening and 1L

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged above 18 years Patients scheduled for elective diagnostic or screening colonoscopy Ability to provide informed written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suspected or confirmed intestinal obstruction or perforation Severe renal insufficiency, congestive cardiac failure, or decompensated liver disease Pregnancy or lactation Known hypersensitivity to PEG preparations History of major colorectal surgery Acute severe colitis or toxic megacolon
