Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female participants aged 18 to 30 years Currently enrolled as students or young adults (community/university) Regular users of shapewear garments for at least 3 months Frequency of shapewear use: more than 2 3 times per week Able to understand and respond to questionnaires and able to comprehend English Willing to provide written informed consent Medically stable with no acute illness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-users or occasional users of shapewear History of chronic musculoskeletal disorders affecting posture or movement Diagnosed cardiorespiratory conditions (e.g., asthma, cardiac disorders) that may be influenced by compression garments Known gastrointestinal disorders aggravated by compression (e.g., GERD) History of recent surgery or trauma (within last 6 months) Diagnosed psychiatric disorders (e.g., eating disorders, severe anxiety, depression) Current use of medications affecting psychological status or physical health Pregnant or postpartum females
