Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who will be:- 1. in the age group of 18 years and above 2. undergoing craniotomy/craniectomy or cranioplasty 3. admitted in neurosurgery recovery room, neurosurgery ICU and neurosurgery wards 4. willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who will be having:- 1. eye socket tumor 2. associated eye injury
