Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having features specific signs and symptoms of kaphaja adhimantha irrespective of sex, socio-economic status etc. 2. Patients with IOP less than 30 mmHg, including normotensive glaucoma. 3. Visual acuity better than 6 by 60.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients below 20 years and above 60 years of age. 2. Patients suffering from systemic infectious diseases, pre-existing systemic and/or ocular morbidities that can cause diminution of vision and increased IOP or related to the central nervous system. 3. Patient with congenital, developmental, angle closure glaucoma, secondary and developmental glaucoma including exfoliative glaucoma, pigmentary glaucoma, lens- induced glaucoma, inflammatory glaucoma, end-stage glaucoma or optic atrophy. 4. Glaucoma involving other intraocular inflammation or chronic degenerative changes (RP). 5. Patients who have undergone any surgery intervention for glaucoma will be excluded. 6. All types of cataracts 7. Pregnancy and lactation 8. Contraindication for adverse reactions to Pindi and Nasya 9. Contraindications for Timolol maleate administration e.g. bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, heart disease, or in cases of adverse reactions to the same. 10. Any malignancy, uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension. 11. Evidence of any anterior segment pathology like conjunctivitis, keratitis, uveitis 12. Opaque ocular media as corneal opacities, vitreous opacities. 13. Conditions precluding accurate and repeated measurement of intraocular pressure e.g. mental illnesses, hemifacial spasm, uncooperative patients.
