Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age :20-45 years 2. Maxillary 2nd premolar ,1st or 2nd molars tooth diagnosed with A.Pulp necrosis and ,or B.Periapical pathology and indicated for primary endodontic treatment and retreatment. 3. Patient complaining of maxillary sinusitis and having an endodontically involved tooth 4. Maxillary 2nd premolar, 1st molar and 2nd molar tooth with or without periodontal problem.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Multiple teeth involvement other than inclusion criteria indicated for endodontic treatment in a quadrant. 2.Dental implant on the affected side 3.History of sinus surgery, malignant tumor, cyst etc 4.Immuno-compromised patients 5.Pregnant or lactating women. 6.Teeth with hopeless periodontal prognosis or vertical root fracture. 7.Recent :less than 3 months use of antibiotics or steroids therapy. 8.Habits:smoking, tobacco 9.Respiratory disease like chronic asthma, mouth breathers.
