Intervention1: Maantha Nei(Internal) Sanni Naayaga Thailam (External): Maantha Nei for 2 to 5 years (2ml to 4ml) 5 to 8 years (4ml to 6 ml) 8 to 12 years (6ml to 7.5ml) twice a day for 48 days. Sanni

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children have lack of eye contact Lack of response Repetitive or restricted behaviour Unawareness of natural urges Acquired speech and lost it Unusual sensitive to sensory stimuli

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children above 12 years and below 2 years Severe and recurrent Seizures ADHD Cerebral palsy Infantile hemiplegia Congenital anomalies
