Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All 6 months to 18 years of children coming to paediatric department of RMCH showing clinical picture and lab criteria suggesting IDA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children aged less than 6 months and more than 18 years. 2. Parents or legal guardians who were not willing for their children to participate. 3.Children with other systemic disease. 4.Hypersensitivity and Adverse Reactions: Participants with documented. 5.Patients who have been taking oral iron at present or have been treated with oral iron in past 1 year 6.Patients diagnosed with severe iron deficiency anaemia requiring blood transfusion or ICU stay.
