Inclusion criteria: patient belonging to age group of 25 years to 50 years of any gender and diagnosed with katishool with classical sign and symptoms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient of age below 25 years and above 50 years of any gender. patients having any medical history of surgery.
