Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with excessive bleeding during menstruation changing more than 3pads per day Patient with excessive menstrual flow in consecutive cycles Age group of patients between 22 to 45 yr Patient who was attended opd and Ipd of Ayurvedic Hospital with the complaint of heavy menstrual bleeding without any pelvic pathology(Raktapradar) in the reproductive age group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having gross abnormalities of uterus and pelvis Patient dignosed with anaemia Patient dignosed with HTN Patient with previously dignosed bleeding disorders Patient having history of bleeding due to pregnancy or its complication like abortion Patient who just delivered baby Women using ocp during reproductive period and cu -T inserted
