Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: An ulcer in anaesthetic limb due to leprosy, Ulcers deeper to skin (going past the dermis), Growth of microorganisms on culture from the ulcer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Vascular diseases Chronic venous insufficiency, absent distal pulses, Undernutrition (BMI less than 18), Anaemia (less than 8g/dl), Patients on immunosuppressive medications (corticosteroids and others), Pregnant women, Patients tested to be positive for HIV, HBsAg & HCV.
