Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Minimum 1 year of playing experience Both male and female between the age group 18 30 years for 6 weeks. Cooperative in informed consent and available for pre and post- assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffered from any ankle sprain/ ankle injury, lower limb soft tissue injuries and fractures in the last 6-12 months Neurological or cardiopulmonary conditions Participants are encouraged not to be a part of any other training program or to have discontinued sports activity
