Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ECOG 0 to 2 2.Histologically proven squamous cell carcinoma of oropharynx 3.Planned for radiation or chemo radiation therapy 4.Age more than 18 yrs 5.Written inform consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Prior head and neck surgeries 2.Prior head and neck radiation 3.Metastatic disease 4.Medical contraindication for chemoradiation. 5.Patient not willing to participate.

MeasureTime frame
To determine association of dysphagia between tumor location, dose and swallowing function post chemo radiation Timepoint: 18 months

MeasureTime frame
1. To asses MDADI scores at base line,3 months ,6 months ,12 months after treatment 2. To asses 100 ml swallow test at baseline ,3 months, 6months, 12 months after treatment 3. To asses swallowing using video fluoroscopy at base line,3 months,6 months,12 months after treatment Timepoint: 3 months, 6 months and 12 months
