Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: College students aged 18 to 25 Both male and female students Daily phone use more than 4 hours Willing to participate and give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - History of hand or wrist fractures - Neurological disorders affecting upper limb - Inflammatory or degenerative joint diseases - Recent upper limb surgery
