Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Physiological gingival pigmentation with Dummett s Oral Pigmentation Index with score of 2 and 3 in maxillary anterior region from canine to canine. Aesthetic concerns with high smile line. Gingival and Plaque score less than or equal to 1. Patients in the age group of 18-50 years of age irrespective of gender. Adequate width of attached gingiva. Systemically healthy patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Thin gingival phenotype. Periodontitis. History of drug use causing pigmentation. Allergic to Musa acuminata. History of Hypersensitivity. Patients having habit of consuming alcohol/smoking in any form. Pregnant or Lactating women. Inability to attend follow-up visit.
