Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pre diagnosed cases of lumbago or patient with clinical presentation of lumbago All socio economical status Patient who will give written consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cases of pregnant women and lactating mothers. Cases with any lumbar puncture to any operation patient having prolapse of disc deficit. Patient suffering from pre diagnosed auto immune disorder. Patient having nurological lower limb disorder.
