Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 65 years residing in the service area of IGMC&RI (UHTC Lawspet and RHTC Karikalampakkam). Participants must provide written informed consent No restrictions based on diabetes status (includes both diabetic and non-diabetic individuals).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals unwilling to participate Individuals unable to comprehend the study (e.g., cognitive impairment). Pregnant women (due to physiological changes affecting glycemic parameters). Bedridden individuals or those with acute illness
