Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Males aged between 50 to 70 years. 2)Individuals who provide written informed consent to participate. 3)Subjects who are clinically stable and can complete the questionnaire independently. 4)Willing to undergo blood sampling for SHBG and testosterone analysis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Known history of primary or secondary hypogonadism (diagnosed prior to the study). 2)Current or past use (within the last 6 months) of testosterone replacement therapy, anabolic steroids, or hormonal medications that affect SHBG levels. 3)Diagnosed cases of chronic liver disease, thyroid dysfunction, renal failure, or malignancy. 4)Individuals with severe psychiatric illness or cognitive impairment interfering with reliable reporting of symptoms. 5)Subjects who have undergone orchiectomy or suffer from testicular disorders affecting hormone levels.
