Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of both gender undergoing spinal anaesthesia in sitting or lateral position for surgeries being performed below umbilicus ASA physical status I II III having height 140 to 160 cm and weight less than 80 kgs elective lower abdomen perineal or lower limb surgeries under spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients refusal to give consent contraindications to spinal anaesthesia patients with infection at the site of injection morbid obesity that is BMI more than 35 Hemodynamic instability anatomical deformity and prior spinal surgeries obstetric patients
