Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient suffering from Nephrolithiasis having stone size 6mm-15mm. Patient aged between 18-70 year irrespective of gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with acute retention of urine & Renal failure. Patients requiring immediate surgical intervention. Patients with systemic diseases like Diabetes, Hypertension, COPD, Heart diseases, Thyroid disorders, Hepatitis, AIDS, etc. Patient with Severe hematuria, stag horn calculus and stone size more than 15mm.

Change in size and number of renal calculi assessed by ultrasound from to end of treatment, Improvement in pain score assessed by visual analog scaleTimepoint: 15 days
