Inclusion criteria: Patients with diagnosed with maxillofacial trauma Patients Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe cognitive impairment Active psychosis Severe polytrauma preventing follow-up

To determine whether trauma pattern and pre-existing psychiatric comorbidities are independently associated with PTSD development.Timepoint: Baseline 1st month 3rd month

MeasureTime frame
To identify independent predictors of PTSD using multivariate logistic regression.Timepoint: 1st month 3rd month
