Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) Couples who have undergone IVF in the last two years and have taken some part of their consultation at the study site. (ii) Those who deny explicit oral and written consent for audio recording

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (i) Couples who cannot speak Malayalam
