Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Generalized Obesity measured by Body Mass Index more than 25. Central obesity measured through WHR, Cutoff value for Females more than 0.80 and for Males more than 0.90. Mild cognitive impairment diagnosed through the Montreal Cognitive Assessment with a cutoff value of 18-25. Could read a computer screen and use a computer keyboard and mouse. Normal hearing and normal or corrected-to-normal vision. Individual with light to moderate physical activity (less than 1500 METs-min/week) measured through IPAQ. Primary level of education.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed neurological disorders and psychiatric disorders (parkinson, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, stroke, TBI, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, ASD). Subjects taking medications suggestive of major neurological or psychiatric illness. Intellectual disabilities may restrict the subject s participation. Subjects with comorbidities (depression, hypertension, dyslipidaemia, and type 2 diabetes).
