Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients clinically diagnosed with Avabahuka (correlating with Frozen Shoulder as per modern diagnostic criteria). 2.Age group between 30 and 65 years, irrespective of gender. 3.Patients presenting with classical symptoms of Avabahuka such as: Pain and stiffness in the shoulder joint, Restricted shoulder movement 4.Patients willing to participate in the study and provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus or hypertension.History of trauma, surgery, or fracture involving the shoulder joint. 2.Pregnant or lactating women. Patients with severe psychiatric illness or those unable to comply with treatment and follow-up. 3.Known allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the medications or procedures used. 4.Patients who have received corticosteroid injections in the affected shoulder within the last 3 months- 4 months
