Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: University students aged 18 to 25 years Currently enrolled in undergraduate or postgraduate programs Regular users of AI-based tools/platforms (e.g., chatbots, generative AI, academic AI tools) for at least 3 to 6 months Use of AI tools for academic or learning purposes Minimum frequency of AI use is more than or equal to 2 3 times per week Able to comprehend English Willing to provide informed consent Both male and female participants included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students not using AI tools or with minimal/occasional use History of neurological disorders affecting cognition (e.g., brain injury, epilepsy) Diagnosed psychiatric conditions (e.g., severe depression, ADHD, anxiety disorders affecting cognition) Use of medications affecting cognitive function (e.g., sedatives, antipsychotics) Presence of learning disabilities or cognitive impairments Participation in formal cognitive training or intervention programs in the recent past Unwillingness to participate or provide consent
